Marram Architecture

Three years. One key.

We stay from the first survey peg to the last light switch — and then we hand it over, and it isn't ours any more. That's the whole point. Drive up, walk in, live. If you have a site and patience, we should talk.

Headland House

Three years on a cliff at the end of the road — from a slab and a crane to nightfall. A project by Marram Architecture (a fictional practice; this page is a demonstration build by Lumoworks and all imagery is generated).

The bare clifftop site: excavated platform, fresh slab, a tower crane against the ocean. The finished estate at midday: limestone and timber pavilions, reflection pond, infinity pool at the cliff edge. Coming home: a blacked-out SUV pulled up at the open, glowing garage at night. The estate at dusk, every window lit, the pool glowing against a darkening ocean.
